Refund Policy Template for Physical Services

In order to be eligible for a refund, Our exchange policy lasts (14) days after receiving your order.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, Products must be exchanged in their original case, packaging, and receipt (proof of purchasing).

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For online payments, the amount will be transferred within (7) to (14) working days according to your bank.

If the services is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after (14) calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
